We have developed a number of resources to support change efforts in higher education, listed below. Please check back often, as we will add new resources as they are developed!

Our book, Facilitating Change in Higher Education: The Departmental Action Team (DAT) Model, is a comprehensive guide to implementing the DAT Model. The book provides step-by-step guidance and is intended for anyone interested in catalyzing or supporting change in higher education.

The DAT Digital Toolkit was developed to accompany our book. It is a set of free, downloadable resources that can be used by change agents. Many of these resources are useful outside the context of the DAT Model as well.

We have produced several webinars and news articles that outline different aspects of the DAT Model. We provide a collection of links to the recordings and articles when possible. In addition, you may find information about upcoming webinars.

Additionally, we have many peer-reviewed publications about the DAT Model. Most are freely available to readers.
